Marc provides strategic planning, facilitation, program design, evaluation, and management consulting services to clients in the fields of climate change, energy, resource conservation, and sustainability.
Marc has worked at the international, federal, state, and local levels for government, non-profit, foundation, and private clients, including helping multiple municipalities develop and implement sustainability strategies. He founded The Caspian Group in 2016 and also serves as a Senior Strategic Advisor to Cascadia Consulting Group, a firm he co-founded and led from 1993–2015.
